Launch odds vs. real odds on Treemendous Cash
The odds printed on Treemendous Cash were set the day it went to print and they never move. The real odds do, every single day, as prizes get claimed and tickets sell. When the 500000 prizes get scooped up faster than the tickets sell, the real odds on that top prize get worse than what’s on the front. When tickets sell faster than the big prizes go, they get better. With 3 of 3 top prizes still out there, whether Treemendous Cash is worth your money comes down to the odds today — and for this game that number is right above, free.

- Treemendous Cash costs $10 in Illinois.
- Why doesn't the Illinois Lottery just tell me this?
- Because the odds printed on the ticket make every game look identical from the day it launches to the day it ends. The lottery has no reason to point out that a game's best prizes are already claimed. We read the remaining-prize data Illinois publishes every day and do the math they leave out.
